sp999 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and sp999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing sp999 at sp999.fun, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager — whether on Sports Betting, Bingo, Fish Games or any other game available on the platform — you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use sp999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. sp999 does not permit account registration by anyone under 18, and creating an account is a declaration that you meet this age requirement.
• You must be registering for personal recreational use only. Corporate accounts, syndicate betting or account registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration. This includes your full name, valid phone number and payment method details. False information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an active sp999 account. Each person is entitled to one account only.

sp999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Residents in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law are responsible for determining their own legal position before registering.

3 Account Rules

Once your sp999 account is active, the following rules apply at all times:

• One account per person. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method are not permitted. sp999 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts.
• Keep your credentials private. You are solely responsible for all activity on your sp999 account. Never share your password or OTP codes with anyone. sp999 staff will never ask you for your password.
• Report compromised accounts immediately. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact sp999 support without delay.
• Accurate information. You must keep your account details up to date. Changes to phone number or payment method must be submitted through account settings and may require re-verification.
• Account activity. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. sp999 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before taking any action on dormant accounts.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on sp999 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment
• Bank Transfer (major Pakistani banks)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed at the time of deposit

Deposits are credited to your sp999 balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. sp999 does not charge additional fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider directly.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed clearly at the point of deposit. sp999 reserves the right to adjust these limits. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name may be rejected and returned.

sp999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals where deposits have been made. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.
• The withdrawal account must be registered in the same name as the sp999 account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• sp999 processes withdrawals as quickly as possible. Standard processing times vary by payment method; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. VIP members receive priority processing.

sp999 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification. This is a one-time process for most players and is carried out to protect all parties. Providing false documents is a serious offence and will result in permanent account closure.

sp999 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms. In such cases the player will be notified and given an opportunity to respond.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

sp999 offers bonuses, promotions and special offers from time to time. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for individual recreational players only. Bonus abuse — including registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in all bonuses being voided and accounts being closed.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The required wagering amount and qualifying games will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated at the time of the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Free spins, free tickets and other non-cash bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from such bonuses, after meeting wagering requirements, are eligible for withdrawal.
• sp999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances will be given reasonable notice in such cases.
• Only one bonus can be active per player at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on sp999, including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and any other markets available on the platform:

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed. sp999 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in PKR and may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the defined period, or if the bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a system error. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance.
• In-play betting: Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. sp999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event.
• Match integrity: Any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing, insider information or coordinated manipulation will be voided. sp999 cooperates with sports integrity bodies as appropriate.
• Maximum payout: Single event and cumulative payout limits apply and are displayed in the Bet section. Winnings above the stated maximum payout on any single event will be capped at that limit.
• PSL and international cricket: Specific market rules for PSL, T20 and Test matches are available in the Sports Betting section. Weather interruptions and revised target rules (Duckworth-Lewis) are applied in line with official match results.

8 Bingo & Fish Games

The following rules apply to Bingo rooms and Fish Games available on sp999:

• Bingo: Each Bingo room on sp999 operates with its own ticket price, prize structure and schedule. These details are displayed clearly before a player purchases a ticket. Once a ticket is purchased it cannot be refunded.
• Bingo results: Number calls in all sp999 Bingo rooms are generated by a certified random number system. Results are final as announced during each session.
• Fish Games: Fish Games involve wagering PKR to catch fish with different prize values. Game outcomes are governed by a random number system. sp999 does not guarantee any specific win rate or catch frequency.
• Session interruptions: In the unlikely event of a technical failure mid-session, sp999 will make every reasonable effort to honour game states as they stood at the point of interruption. Where this is not possible, affected wagers will be refunded.
• Game availability: sp999 may add, modify or remove Bingo rooms and Fish Game formats at any time. Active game balances will not be affected by the removal of a game format.

9 VIP Programme

The sp999 VIP Programme is available to all registered players. The following terms govern participation:

• VIP points are earned automatically based on PKR wagering activity across all game categories on sp999.
• There are four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier unlocks specific benefits including faster withdrawal processing, bonus allocations and access to exclusive game rooms.
• VIP tier status is assessed periodically. Players who do not meet the activity threshold for their current tier within the assessment period may be moved to a lower tier.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account that has earned them.
• sp999 reserves the right to modify VIP tier requirements, point values and associated benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
• Abuse of VIP benefits — including attempting to exploit tier benefits through artificial wagering — will result in VIP status being revoked and accounts reviewed.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sp999 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on sp999 for any reason
• Providing false, misleading or stolen identity information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with sp999 in any way
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting bugs, errors or unintended platform behaviour for financial gain
• Using sp999 for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Betting on fixed or manipulated sporting events
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or scrape any part of the sp999 platform
• Harassing, threatening or abusing sp999 staff or other players in any communication channel

11 Responsible Gaming
